| Former Berkeley Vale Junior to make NRL debut |
The Berkeley Vale Rugby League & Sports Club would like to congratulate Rory Kostjasyn on his selection in the Melbourne Storm NRL side to take on the Cronulla Sharks this Saturday night at Shark Park. Rory started his Rugby League career as a junior with our club and progressed through the ranks to play senior football with the Panthers, plus was also a member of our 2004 under 17's side which won our clubs first senior title. Rory's elevation to the NRL has come through hard work, a strong work ethic and a determination to live his dream of playing in the NRL. This should be a lesson to all of our juniors who harbour the same dreams that Rory did when he was a Junior Panther. Never give up, work hard and follow your dream!!!! Once again, well done mate, we are all very proud of you! You will have all of the Berkeley Vale area cheering you on! Regards, Mark O'Hagan Club President |
